I've been Building Healthy Dental Practices Since 2004 with Patterson Dental! I handle all aspects of building a practice; finding a location, designing the ideal office workflow, equipment and technology selection along with the everyday supplies and systems to run your practice efficiently. I am passionate and focused on helping my customers take their practice to the next level by inspiring change. I believe in a GROWTH MINDSET not a fixed mindset, we are all capable of changing "what is", you just have the desire for something better and a well designed strategic plan, and that's where I come in.
How I Do It
I build Healthy Practices by uncovering the opportunities in a practice by using customized practice analysis tools and Healthy Practice Model that I developed after 20 years of research and learning from some of the greats in the business of dentistry. This will help us get an understanding of where you're at and where you want to be. Once we uncover the opportunities and have defined the priorities, we begin the exciting process of transforming your practice.
